It All Begins Here

Taste iT Tv started a long time ago (2006)… born from a desire to know the deepest workings of the artist’s hearts who move us with their words and music.

I actually started this because I saw an interview with Robert Smith from the Cure where all the interviewer could talk about was his hair and lipstick. And for a band like The Cure, who can summon emotions in a heart beat, they deserve much better. And so does the viewer.

I want the interviews to be conversations, to reflect the soul of the artist.

At the time (and still now), my favorite band, was My Chemical Romance, their music had the ability to motivate me and give me the confidence I needed to get over my deepest shyness, don’t take no for an answer, be as creative as I could be and finally get that interview in the most remarkable way. MCR will always remain in my heart.

Now, after a hiatus of standard adulthood and a subtle drowning of my voice, this year (2026) the year I turn 50, is the year that shook my world and turned it upside down. My wonderful dad was taken from this earth and it shattered me, it left me broken and traumatized. I had to go inside, I had to rediscover who I truly am and find my voice again. I hope I am making my dad proud, I can truly say, all I share here is built on love, innocence and creativity and a deep desire to make the world a better place.

I want to fight to destroy the polarities that keep us apart. In a world with so much grief and an abundance of hidden love, let’s try and build bridges.

With an open mind and an open heart.
